10 WWE Tag Teams That Broke Up Way Too Soon

1. The Wyatt Family

At first glance, you'd think The Wyatt Family would have been one the most special attractions WWE has had in years, and upon their arrival on the main roster, they were. Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper, and Erick Rowan were largely protected and maintained their mystique for a while. That was, however, until they ran into the roadblock known as John Cena.

As if the flopped feud versus Cena wasn't bad enough, WWE continued to horribly handle The Wyatt Family in the remainder of 2014, making them look weak against Chris Jericho and Big Show on a handful of occasions. They then suddenly vanished from WWE programming that September before vignettes began to air indicating the group had parted ways.

The Wyatt Family had plenty of mileage left prior to their split, and none of them were any better off on their own (Harper didn't win a single match during his one month reign as Intercontinental champion). WWE should have reunited the stable far sooner than they did, but they were apparently too stubborn to admit defeat.

There have been various incarnations of The Wyatt Family over the years, but nothing will ever top that original trio of Wyatt, Harper, and Rowan that was broken up prematurely.
