10 WWE Wrestlers Already Dreaming Of AEW

8. Ricochet

Ricochet is simply too exciting for WWE.

They just don't get him. They don't get that he is at his pulsating best when he is encouraged to fly into his opponents from warp speed and at impossible angles. He has to sell, sell, and sell, and run through a dulled version of his high spot-driven comeback when everybody is bored already. Nor do they grasp that he possesses freakish strength. Because he has to sell, sell, and sell.

You see, he is small.

The situation is more complex than "great in-ring wrestler should join AEW". AEW is a promo-heavy promotion and Ricochet is less than super-heroic on the stick. He's actually competent, when he isn't ordered to dance like a t*t and make sh*tty zingers, and you know what? He's Ricochet. He'd get over within seconds of clearing the top turnbuckle.

If Ricochet is indeed dreaming of AEW - and he recently liked a tweet burying the Roman Reigns Vs. Finn Bálor finish - he's best off hibernating: he is tied to WWE until 2024, per a January Wrestling Observer Newsletter report.

Then again, looking at the Malakai Black and Adam Cole situations, WWE is as inept at administration as they are at booking, so he might very well turn up on Dynamite next week.
