10 WWE Wrestlers In Danger Of Missing Out On WrestleMania 41
8. Nia Jax
2024 was the year when Nia Jax thumbed her nose at critics who once called her dangerous and a waste of roster space. There's no throwing stones from glass houses here, because this writer is only too happy to raise a hand and admit he once sighed whenever WWE tried to push Nia down fan throats as a monster heel. Then, last year happened.
Last year and change, to be exact. Jax returned in late-2023 and shockingly began the best run of her career. 2024 saw Nia turn in some excellent matches, solid promos and more. She won Queen Of The Ring in May, then became Women's Champ at SummerSlam in August. That reign lasted up until ex-protege Tiffany Stratton cashed in MITB in early-2025.
Right, enough with the history lessons. What chance does Nia have of being involved come 'Mania 41? Hmm, it's a tough one. Technically, Triple H is still pushing her as somebody who could muscle her way into the title mix, but any rematches vs. Stratton are likely to take place on TV rather than PLE. Or, at a push, one might happen at Elimination Chamber in March.
Jax had a wonderful reprise that shut a lot of mouths, but that peaked too early for her to be considered a WrestleMania certainty. There's a chance she'll run in on Tiffy's match vs. Charlotte Flair (if that does turn out to happen), but that's probably it. Teaming with new pal Candice LeRae and going after the Women's Tag belts doesn't seem likely as an alternative.
Hall Of Fame crowd work then watching backstage awaits.
