10 WWE Wrestlers Who NEED A Great 2018
1. Bray Wyatt
This year was supposed to be the one in which Bray Wyatt finally became a main event mainstay. He won his maiden world title at Elimination Chamber, and then followed it up by taking part in one of WrestleMania 33's biggest matches.
It was all looking so promising. Then, those bug projections happened and that House of Horrors match happened. It was as though all the time and effort WWE had put into pushing him to the top of the show had been undone in the space of just a month, his credentials as a top-level guy still exactly where they had been for the previous three years.
He's actually arguably in a worse position than he was in years past because he no longer represents something fresh and exciting. He's now on a particular wrestling scrap-heap with the likes of Dolph Ziggler, Dean Ambrose and The Miz; former world champions who have never threatened to get back to the big time.
If The Eater of Worlds is to prove that prognosis wrong, he needs a strong showing over the next 12 months. A feud with Woken Matt is an interesting start, but there have been too many false dawns with Bray for us to believe it's anything more than that.
