11 HUGE WWE SummerSlam 2019 Predictions You Need To Know

3. Kofi Kingston Vs. Randy Orton

Kofi Kingston's WWE Championship reign hasn't yet matched the excitement of his win back at WrestleMania, but he's been hampered as much by his feuds and opponents as his own infectious enthusiasm and ever-impressive workrate.

In Randy Orton, Kingston's found a rival with enjoyable in-built history and an aura that will elevate him in a way 'The Viper' failed to a decade earlier. The days of tipping paint on a car or shooting "STUPID" across the ring are over (though don't bet against WWE retelling both of those stories on Sunday as cute callbacks) but two matured performers bringing the best out of one another at the company's second biggest pay-per-view makes the most of this intriguing pairing.

Crucially, Kingston has to win. Orton's a believable victor over The New Day star, which is exactly why he can't go over. The Champion's had little bother dealing with a flawed Kevin Owens and a f*cked Dolph Ziggler. It's high time he killed a legend.

Winner: Kofi Kingston
