11 Ups & 4 Downs From Impact Wrestling No Surrender 2021
3. A Forgettable Match
Deonna Purrazzo, Kimber Lee, and Susan vs. Jordynne Grace, Jazz, and ODB was a shambles. This needs to be the end of this story arc. It got stale ages ago. Having Jazz score a submission win over Susan means literally nothing; Jazz didn't need a tick in the win column, whereas Susan looks incredibly feeble considering the match-winning STF was locked in quite loosely.
Having a number of dives throughout the contest was pointless. Jordynne's suicide dive was acceptable as it's a regular feature on her repertoire, but there was little need for Jazz and Lee to also take to the skies. Things only got worse when Jazz, having been poked in the eye, accidentally thumped Jordynne in the head, and then simply realised who she was meant to be going after without any mention of her vision coming back to 100 percent.
This needs to be the end of this story arc. If you think about it, this goes back to the summer when Deonna Purrazzo first arrived on the scene in Impact Wrestling, coming straight after the then-Knockouts Champion, Jordynne Grace. Her reign as Knockouts Champion should be the main focus of the division, not this tedious multi-knockout rivalry. Failing to correctly book 'The Virtuosa' is a pro wrestling crime, especially since they've proven they know exactly how to.
