It is no surprise that the hottest guy in the WWE right now would be listed at #1 here for a darkhorse to be WWE World Heavyweight Champion in 2015. While Reigns is a solid candidate to be champion next year, I detailed 10 Reasons Why Dean Ambrose Is Better Than Roman Reigns earlier in October, and most if not all of those points apply to justifying Ambrose as champion. Before the breakup of The Shield, anyone who was not a fan of Ambrose before the WWE would not have guessed the impact he has made, and now he is getting the biggest pop of anyone from the WWE Universe. It definitely shows in the ring with the amount of innovation he has demonstrated in the ring. A lot of people are comparing this run to the likes of Stone Cold Steve Austin when he was on the rise. While it's too early to tell if Ambrose will be the game changer that Austin was, right now he has all the tools to be WWE World Heavyweight Champion in 2015.
