Randy Orton is a bit like John Cena, he's always an instant contender for any major match up. Especially when he has seemingly nothing else going for him in WWE right now. The briefcase would be the perfect reinvigoration after spending most of this year putting over Seth Rollins. It could even be used to extend the Rollins Orton feud, given how good it has been and how few other opponents are lining up. The thing really making Orton a contender is that he's a big star with nothing going on. WWE are likely to use MITB to make sure the big stars have something going on for the summer and beyond. A win would keep Randy's name out there as one of the main stars.
