6. Kane Ties, Then Breaks HBK's Royal Rumble Elimination Record
For five years, The "Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels had held the record for most total eliminations over the course of his career in the Royal Rumble by surpassing Steve Austin with six eliminations in 2010. On his heels for the past few years was Kane who was inching his way towards HBK since he retired in 2010. He never really blew the doors off the record in the past few years like he did when he set a then record 11 eliminations in 2001. The 2015 Royal Rumble was a different story for Kane as it was his best performance elimination-wise since that record breaking year in 2011 as he eliminated four WWE superstars such as Ryback, Dolph Ziggler, Bray Wyatt, and Dean Ambrose. Outside of Wyatt, all thorns in the side of The Authority. Each elimination came with the help of the Big Show, and though they were not solo eliminations, they still count the same, and Kane is now at a total of 42 eliminations for his career.
