AS: We've seen you on TV in recent years as well as Ken. You're both obviously still working the independent scene. Molly has been out for a while, did it take a bit of convincing to get her back into the game?

SD: You know, I thought it would be, but it didn't take any at all for the reason I didn't think so. If you know her, she's the purest heart of gold person.

Her thing was that she doesn't care about wrestling, she doesn't wanna participate anymore, but she's such an amazing human being that the idea of making someone's dream come true; she loves. So if someone's dream is to be a pro wrestler, and she's able to help them say 'my dream came true', she loves that.

I literally had to convince her to accept a check, she wanted to do it for free.

I'll tell you another story, I wish it was out there more. When Beth Phoenix was just an independent wrestler, Nora paid $3,000 to Danny Davis and Jim Cornette so she could train in OVW, so hopefully WWE would see her, and they did and they signed her.

Beth didn't have that kind of money, and that was just something that Nora did out of the kindness of her heart, and nobody knows about it, she never brags about it. Beth only became a big star in women's wrestling, because she got in OVW and got in front of the right eyes.

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
