12 Things We Learned From Part 2 Of Enzo Amore & Big Cass On The Steve Austin Show
4. Enzo's Hilarious Broken Leg Saga
Talk now turns to the broken leg that Enzo suffered in "practice" - a term that Austin admonishes him for using - and the ordeal that unfolded while he was injured. When the break happened, he popped up off the mat and didn't sell it at all, leading everyone to doubt that it was broken until the trainer came over and confirmed that it was.
They try to call an ambulance for him but Enzo looked at the trainer and said "I don't need no ambulance. Don't you got a Toyota Camry? Put me in the back and let's roll".
Fellow NXT trainee Braun Strowman had to carry him and load him into the car.
When he arrived at the hospital they told him they were unable to set the bone and apply the cast there because they didn't have the proper anaesthetic, but Enzo didn't want to wait.
He asked them if they could do it there without the anesthetic, and they said yes. He replied with "F*ck it, get money baby, let's go for it". Without the benefit of any painkillers the doctor re-broke his leg and set it.
Enzo then told the trainer to take him straight to Steak n' Shake, and when he arrived home Cass had to carry him up two flights of stairs and lay him down in his bed, running errands for him such as purchasing him an electric wheelchair from someone off of Craigslist.
Fast forward to Halloween night and Enzo's hopping from bar to bar in his motorized wheelchair, three sheets to the wind and high on painkillers. This led to him complaining about the horrible music the DJs were playing, which caused the bar to try and kick him out.
Enzo then furiously started cutting a promo on the DJ and the establishment, threatening to sue all of them for not having the proper accommodations for handicapped people.
