Remember that unexpected scene when the Rock and Ronda Rousey confronted Triple H and Stephanie McMahon at WrestleMania XXXI? It was simply an awesome moment, but it also was supposed to lay the foundation for a WrestleMania XXXII match in 2016 between some combo of the four. Given that Mania XXXII is taking place in Dallas AT&T Center and WWE is trying to set an attendance record of more than 100,000, the company would need all the firepower it can get, and a Triple H/Rock match with Rousey and Stephanie involved would certainly help sell tickets. Now, that match is all but scuttled, as is the long-rumored Undertaker/Sting encounter. And WWE blew their load on the final Brock Lesnar/Taker match at Hell in a Cell. Throw in the expected absences of Randy Orton and Seth Rollins and its looking tougher and tougher to put together a monster card. As of right now, there are a lot of interesting theories for major Mania matches (John Cena/Undertaker? Lesnar/Kevin Owens?), but nothing has been set in stone. Thats unusual for WrestleMania in recent years. And it could be troublesome.
