12 Wrestlers Without Direction For WrestleMania 33

4. Dolph Ziggler

A long-awaited heel turn appeared the catalyst for reigniting Dolph Ziggler's flagging Smackdown Live status, but his first acts a new villain have proven so inconsequential that he's been merely reduced to a slightly sneering version of his old happy-go-lucky persona.

Trapped in dead-end feuds with Kalisto and Apollo Crews, Ziggler has made a point of attacking the show's least beloved babyfaces, throwing himself into the vortex of disinterest that envelopes the blue brand's lower card.

Excluded from the WWE Title picture off the back of a patronisingly weak display as a Brock Lesnar victim in the Royal Rumble, there seems no hope of 'The Show Off' gaining his elusive first WrestleMania singles match anytime soon, despite the character's nine year stint on the main roster.

The scale of the 'Show of Shows' tends to afford most superstars a spot on the card via multi-man battles at very least, but unless Ziggler can somehow convince management to allow Jerry Lawler to literally risk his life in a singles contest, Dolph looks confined to making up the numbers yet again in Orlando.
