5. Triple H & William Regal
Y2J talks about how hands on Triple H is and asks if he's in charge of the talent-signing process at NXT, and Balor responds that he's not sure exactly what Hunter's role is when it comes to things like that because his point of contact was always William Regal. He says the two have a great relationship and Regal has always looked out for him, and says he's the one who introduced him to "The Game". Jericho inquires if he felt any resentment that he was being sent to NXT rather than coming directly to the main roster and he says that he didn't at all. He said he was aware of how things would be and said the way it was presented to him was to treat NXT as a territory, and you're going into a new territory and you've got to get over. In regards to if he had any trouble adjusting to the differences in ring style, and he replies that the biggest difference for him was working for the cameras. He said in Japan you just go out and have a match, but in WWE you have to be conscious of them and their placement at all times, playing to the hard camera. He mentions how the referees serve as directors and when you watch the matches back you understand why it's important.
