One of the pleasant surprises recently has been the emergence of Becky Lynch as a credible heroine for the womens division. Whereas she formerly felt like an afterthought who was going to be cast aside after Charlotte turned on her, she now has managed to get fans on her side, chanting her name a couple times on Raw. That development along with Lynch not being portrayed as a completely unwitting pawn has to make you wonder if theres hope that she walks out of the Royal Rumble with the Divas Championship in hand. While Charlotte is clearly the alpha female in the division right now, that doesnt preclude WWE from hotshotting the title and giving fans a nice moment Sunday. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2TdT8Bt1uWY With Sasha Banks sidelined and Paige returning only to participate in a Total Divas angle, maybe Becky is the best hope right now.
