14 Epic Moments In The Undertaker And Brock Lesnar's 13 Year WWE Rivalry
9. The Final Two - Royal Rumble 2003
Immediately following the 'respect' promo on Smackdown, that old party pooper the Big Show turned up and threw The Undertaker off the stage. What a jerk. 'Taker would spend the next few months on the bench recovering from injuries, while Lesnar would turn face and begin feuding with Kurt Angle. The Undertaker's return was planned for the Rumble (with WWE inexplicably airing vignettes that looked like the return of his old pre-American Bad Ass/Big Evil gimmick). Lesnar defeated Big Show in the opener, in order to win entry into the Rumble. He entered at No.29. Undertaker came in at No.30. Although the two men didn't have dynamite exchanges were they traded big moves or anything, the end of the Rumble certainly was exciting, as Lesnar bundled the Dead Man over the top rope for the victory.
