14. "What About When Owen Hart Died In Your Ring?"
One of Punk's biggest frustrations in WWE was the disparity between the way he was treated and the way other headliners got treated. A case in example was when UFC's Chael Sonnen asked for Punk to accompany him to the cage in a ring-walk. Punk was well up for it, but Vince McMahon wasn't. Showing how clueless he is, McMahon scoffed at the UFC and said that people can die in that cage. He also accused MMA of being barbaric for allowing women to fight in the sport. When Vince mentioned people dying in the cage, Punk says he shot back with "What about when Owen Hart died In your ring?" Vince's accusations of MMA causing deaths is of course a complete nonsense. What really made Punk furious in all of this, was that he wasn't able to walk Sonnen to the cage. Then a few weeks later... Triple H is on television accompanying Floyd Mayweather to the ring in a boxing ring walk. The double standards are clearly disgusting and it is plain bad management.
