14 Ups & 1 Down From AEW Dynamite (20 Nov)

10. Big Dust Destroys

Nick Jackson Dustin Rhodes
AEW

Dustin Rhodes excels as AEW's sentimental veteran favourite because he's so goddamn easy to root for, and had the audience on their feet with last night's run-in to help save Nick Jackson from a Sammy Guevara beatdown.

Sammy G was out there being a prime piece of sh*t, stomping away on the Younger Buck while filming for his blog, before a revenge-driven Big Dust exploded. Using his crutch as a weapon, Rhodes battered various Inner Circles then downed Guevara, took his phone, and kept the vlog content rolling, with "DUSTIN!" chants belting through the building.

Private Party, Rhodes, and Jackson stood tall in the end, having foiled the Inner Circle. It was a big crowd-pleasing moment on a bad night for AEW's big heel stable (in kayfabe terms), and helps build towards Dustin vs. Sammy if that's the route AEW choose to take when the former Goldust is cleared.
