Right now, Xavier Woods is a hot property in WWE. As the mouthpiece and self-proclaimed brains of former WWE Tag Team Champions the New Day, Woods is relishing his role as an instigator on the outside of the ring. But 18 months ago, Woods came into WWE as a buddy of R-Truth (which is funny considering they tagged together in TNA several years earlier). Woods and Truth defeated 3MB, but it would quickly go downhill, as Woods borrowed Tons of Funks entrance music and the Funkadactyls, leading to a feud with Brodus Clay. Woods quickly slid down the food chain. By the following spring, he and Truth were losing two-on-one handicap matches against Rusev. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z8Dz3GCh5ko It hasnt been until recently that Woods has found his niche in WWE. The way his career started, it looked like he was going to end up on the scrapheap at some point, but it now looks like a new day for Xavier.
