10. Developing His Look

Sheamus talks about how he had a friend named Ray who's been instrumental in helping his develop his character. He says when they two met he had a shaved head and was wearing fake tanner, and Ray told him that he had the most unique look and was wasting his time trying to look and act like everyone else. The two began discussing ideas and shared interests such as Celtic mythology and worked to create a character that would be taken seriously rather than a hokey stereotype like a drunken leprechaun. Jericho asks if he could tan if he wanted to and Sheamus says he's tried and it doesn't work. He was worried what Vince would think but he liked the look and the character. Ray also helped design some of Sheamus' gear and symbolism, such as the cross and various sets of tights.
