9. Brock Is The Second Longest Reigning UFC Heavyweight Champion At 707 Days
Brock Lesnar had a short but successful career in MMA. He reigned as their heavyweight champion from November 15 2008 to October 23 2010. The 707 day stint as champion was lengthened by his time out suffering diverticulitis, but it is still a near record run that he should be proud of. The run started when he smashed Randy Couture at UFC 91. He successfully defended the belt against Frank Mir at UFC 100 and Shane Carwin at UFC 111, but then lost to the brilliant Cain Velasquez at UFC 121 in October 2010.
