2 Ups & 6 Downs From WWE WrestleMania SmackDown (April 1)

1. Humdrum “Go Home”

Not. Nearly. Enough.

Those three words could sum up WWE's "WrestleMania SmackDown" experience. The final stop before the biggest weekend of 2022 was video package city, and almost everything came across as filler or totally unimportant to the back-to-back cards that are about to happen in Dallas.

Neither Brock Lesnar nor Roman Reigns were in the house to add a final bit of sizzle to their "Winner Takes All" main event come Sunday, and there was no last-minute brawl between Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey. Nah, a hype vid and Flair calling Ronda a "bitch" should do it, eh? That'll get folks excited.

Or not.

WWE must be questioned for giving so much time to workers who aren't even on the 'Mania lineup as well. The Andre Memorial ate up far too much time, and some spotlight for Ricochet was a sh*tty olive branch for leaving him off the pay-per-view.
