2. October - Return Of The PAC

After gradually transforming into the man that wrestling forgot following his WWE freeze-out and eventual contract release, Neville made a long-awaited wrestling comeback in October, surprisingly turning up at his old stomping ground Dragon Gate.

Once more under his previous guise of PAC, the Geordie gatecrashed the Kobe promotion alongside the Real Exteme Diffusion stable's Eita, living up to his new 'bastard' moniker by disrupted Shingo Takagi's final match for the company. Whatever ring rust had accumulated during his hermitude was quickly shaken off, as he flew around as though he'd never been gone.

PAC's big return proved more than a one-off. In December, he bested Masato Yoshino to claim the Open the Dream Gate Championship - the promotion's top title. It's a pleasure to have PAC back - and he seems happier than ever.
