The most memorable spot in the Full Metal Mayhem main event sees Matt Hardy tip over the ladder, sending TNA World Heavyweight Champion Ethan Carter III crashing into the corner of the ring. Hardy then grabs the ladder, positions it by Carter's crotch and drives it into his nether-regions. Hardy follows up by grabbing a chair and smacking it into the ladder, again causing Carter some testicular discomfort.
