Ambrose brought a very off-kilter opening segment to a close with a straight right hand to Miz's jaw, knocking the host out cold. Call me old fashioned, but sucker punches seem a little heelish - even if they're delivered to a face as punchable as Miz's. Also, do KO punches really happen when they're not delivered by the Big Show? Who knew Dean had such fearsome striking power. Make him favourite for the tournament, immediately.
