This WTF moment was so unique. Every single person who has saw it can agree that it is truly shocking. At King Of The Ring 1998, Mankind and The Undertaker did battle in the Hell In A Cell. But it was what happened outside the cell which shocked viewers. In a cold and calculated move, Taker launched Foley sixteen feet off the roof of the structure. It was arguably the biggest WTF moment in the entire WWE history. There was simply no safe way for Foley to take a fall like that, yet he somehow recovered to climb back to the top of the cell. Taker then dumped him through the cage roof. Even watching it now, this is simply an amazing match.
