22 WWE Stars From The 2000s That You Totally Don't Remember

10. Jesús

Aaron Aguilera had a couple of spells in WWE before he was brought back into the fold to feud with John Cena in the autumn of 2004. He wrestled as the Hardcore Kidd and as one of the Conquistadors, as well as working the indies. He must have thought he was finally going to hit the big time in 2004 but it was not to be. Aguilera was repackaged as Jesús, Carlito's bodyguard. When Carlito went down with an injury, Jesús was sent to battle United States Champion Cena on his behalf. Regrettably, Aguilera also suffered a serious neck injury before their big street fight at Armageddon. He actually went into the match with two herniated in his back, as well as a torn groin. He made it through and then went off for surgery. While he was recovering from major surgery he was released by the company. Talk about adding insult to injury. There were also rumours that Aguilera was chewed-out by WWE veterans for using the WWE trainer, a luxury that apparently is only afforded those who had properly 'paid their dues'.
