Back at the Feast or Fired reveal, Beer Money end up with Tag Title shots, while Drew Galloway insists that he go next, revealing that he has a World Title shot, and so it follows that Grado is fired. Galloway offers his condolences, and in order to rub salt in the wound, J.B. then asks Grado to open his fired briefcase anyway, getting mad at him when he can't appear to open it. He finally opens it to see "Fired!" inside, at which point J.B. informs him he has 10 minutes to clear out his things and security will escort him from the building. Grado is naturally distraught, saying that it's the worst day of his life and that "the dream is over", as he sobs and leaves the meeting room. Josh Mathews, ever a pinnacle of compassion, says, "Couldn't have happened to be a better guy...Grado is fired, we won't see him next week." Though this probably won't be the last time we see Grado in TNA (especially with that upcoming UK tour), it was still surprisingly sad to see the underdog get his pink slip.
