Tammy Lynn Sytch's life after wrestling fame has been a sad downward spiral. The WWE Hall of Famer was one of the company's most recognisable faces in the '90s as the deviant manager and personality, Sunny. During her time in wrestling, she had struggled with alcohol and substance abuse issues, but Sytch's situation got way out of hand in later years.

By the time 2022 rolled around, she had been charged six times with DUI felonies. Her seventh charge came on March 25th, 2022, when she crashed at high speed into another vehicle that was stopped at a red light, killing a 75-year-old man in the process. At the time of her arrest, Sytch was found with more than three-and-a-half times the legal alcohol limit in her system. She was released on bail after paying $227,500, but a judge revoked her bond six days later and sent her back to jail, deeming her to be "a danger to society".

This incident went to court on August 16th, 2023, where Sytch pleaded "no contest". She was sentenced to 17 1/2 years in prison on November 27th, 2023, and is not scheduled to be released from jail until December 2039.
