3 Ups & 6 Downs From WWE Sunday Night's Main Event

4. Sloppy Six-Woman Tag

Woof.

Normally, an energetic, hard-hitting match will overcome some sloppiness in the delivery of wrestling moves. But the six-woman tag pitting Jade Cargill and the Baddies against Alexa Bliss, Tatum Paxley, and Charlotte Flair was a messy affair, full of missteps, whiffs, and miscommunications.

Charlotte and Jade had a moment where they were clearly on different pages, with Cargill ignoring a boot to her knee and just running right through it before they got tangled up. At another moment, Flair got a hot tag and climbed to the top to deliver a crossbody to Michin. Unfortunately, the Baddie got to the spot a full five seconds before Charlotte was ready to fly, leaving her to stand there… and wait.

Tatum and Charlotte went for stereo Figure Fours, but B-Fab shoved Paxley into Flair, allowing Cargill to recover and hit the Queen with Jaded for the win. This presumably will set the table for another Charlotte/Jade singles match, and perhaps a Bliss and Paxley team-up against the Baddies.

There’s one aspect to praise, which will come later, but overall, this six-woman tag underwhelmed.
