There's no way that kid is a Hulk Hogan fan of his own accord; I doubt he's even seen a match featuring the Hulkster. This ill-advised costume is the fault of a mischievous father, not doubt about it. I feel for the little guy. If it was up to him, he'd surely be rocking a luminous orange headband and a 'Never Give Up' t-shirt - and who are we to deny him that right?
