4 Ups & 1 Down From AEW Rampage (Jan 21)

1. The Bryan Danielson Tease

Bryan Danielson Jon Moxley
AEW

...YES. PLEASE.

Moxley left through the crowd after downing Ethan Page with a DDT, then came nose-to-nose with none other than Bryan Danielson. It wasn't really possible to hear it over Mox's entrance tune or the announcers going into hype mode, but fans were presumably buzzing when they spotted this on the screens.

Check out Danielson's super-smug smile too. He's one of the most genuinely-lovely human beings pro wrestling has ever seen, but Bryan plays an irritating, pompous little bastard so damn well. That's something AEW can come back to - Jon Moxley is the kind of character who'd enjoy wiping that grin off his chops.

Everyone wants to see this match. A motivated Bryan vs. a Healthy Mox? Hell yes. That's a bit of a dream scenario, especially now that both are free to do whatever the sh*te they please outside WWE's walls. AEW can definitely spin this out until Revolution.

Alternatively, keep things ticking until Double Or Nothing?
