4 Ups & 2 Downs From AEW Rampage (Dec 17)

1. Challenging…Respectfully

Jurassic Express Lucha Bros AEW

Following the 10-man melee, Jungle Boy, Luchasaurus and Christian Cage made their presence felt. The Jurassic Express/Cage combo saving Lucha Bros didn't go down well at first, but then JB handed Penta and Rey Fenix their AEW Tag-Team Titles back.

Tension overload ensued.

Jungle Boy had a sneaky little look in his eye as he held the belts aloft for the Bros. They picked up on that, but knew they'd already been through enough hell for one evening without starting something with the number one contenders. This was a cracking way to show off Express as the main threat without making them look heelish.

Neither side did, truth be told. AEW will have to add some spice to the situation at some point, but it's still early days. They've got time on their side, and could realistically ride this all the way to Revolution in March if they take things super-slow for a while, or turn the Luchas heel.
