4 Ups & 2 Downs From AEW Rampage (March 15 - Results & Review)

Downs...

2. Yikes! This Was Rough!

Zak Knight Angelo Parker
AEW

The topsy turvy nature of this whole Ruby Soho/Saraya/Zak Knight/Angelo Parker/Harley Cameron stuff continued on Friday. Zak yelled lots and kicked lumps out of some extras looking for their big break, then Angelo showed up to briefly scuffle with Knight before security hauled them apart. It was what it was, and...

...what it was wasn't great.

AEW barely showed any of the brawl before cutting away. In fact, let's call it fairly: Tony Khan's directors cut away far too quickly, which borderline wrecked the point of even airing the segment. This was late-era WCW production, and totally avoidable. Christ knows what they were thinking here!

Also, Ruby's tears and claims that things "weren't looking good" for Parker last week were roundly ignored. There wasn't a scratch on Angelo when he popped up in the hallway. If anything, he looked 100%. Honestly, everyone's trying with this storyline, but it'd probs be better if they just moved on.
