3. The Lack Of Tag Teams Is Starting To Show

The Prime Time Players took on The New Day once again even though they are in a Tag Team Title match at SummerSlam along with Los Matadores and Lucha Dragons. This was a non-title match, which got me thinking that maybe the PTPers would lose since champions tend to lose non-title matches. That didn't happen as Darren Young finished off Xavier Woods for the clean win. What does this accomplish? It's fine putting the PTPers over because they are the tag champions and could always use some wins, but at the expense of New Day? They should have had some other team do the job. The problem is there just aren't enough teams right now due to injuries and other factors. The New Day loses far too much for my liking. In fact, this was the third straight episode of Smackdown where they were pinned clean. Maybe they'll win the Tag Team Titles back at SummerSlam. They definitely should. There are some good tag teams in NXT that could thrive on the main roster. It wouldn't be a shock if some of them get called up soon.
