4 Ups And Downs From This Week's TNA Impact Wrestling (Jan 25)

3. Ethan Carter III Still Awesome In A Horrible Angle/Segment

EC3 continues to be without doubt the best thing going on Impact at the moment. Despite having been side-lined by injury since November, Impact are obviously aware of just how valuable an asset he is to their company, and are making sure that he still gets valuable TV time as his segments are always the most entertaining. This week he was at his dastardly best coming out to have a €˜match€™ with Jeremy Borash after bullying him for the past few weeks, and even shaving his head. While the whole segment was predictable and essentially a bit of a throw away in the grand scheme of things, EC3 was still hilarious, and showcased his charisma, when he started €˜commentating€™ his €˜fight€™ with Borash. His spit directly in the face of Rockstar Spud a few moments later was absolutely disgusting, but counteracted nicely with his humorous heel antics, to show that he can also be a right bastard. The segment unfortunately took a bit of a stupid turn there, where EC3 and Tyrus essentially looked like they got outdone by a guy nobody knew, an announcer, and his ex lackie€but all that aside EC3 was still entertaining as hell. Impact needs him back wrestling as soon as possible, because he really is their best performer at the moment. Even with just a couple of minutes of screen time per week he is still stealing the show, and once he€™s back at 100% it will give Impact a massive boost in quality.
