5 Awesome WWE Network Shows And 5 That Are Terrible

5. Awesome - Talking Smack

Talking Smack is the format by which all WWE programming should be cut from. Mostly ad-libbed promos, shoot style interactions, and elements of realism are why this is one of the best produced shows in WWE. One of the best parts of SmackDown Live each week is when it ends because it means the beginning of this gem.

Hosted by Renee Young and Daniel Bryan, Talking Smack is produced like a real talk show wherein the host asks predetermined questions but the superstar reacts organically as the character! What a concept! If SmackDown Live or Raw were anything close to what this show has become, there would be a different WWE today, and in a positive way.

Who can forget when The Miz (who has always had chops on the mic) took it a step further by questioning Daniel Bryan's manhood in response to the Yes Man's claim that Miz was a coward? Additionally, who saw Baron Corbin actually come off as a true heel, with heat? Or even the segment where Carmella crashed the scene and beat Nikki Bella to a pulp? These all have one thing in common: organic reactions in live scenarios. The boss needs to take a page from this show and place the power of the characters and promos on the main shows back in the hands of the superstars.
