5 Biggest Winners & Losers From WWE Raw (Oct 24)
5. Winner: Bo Dallas

Bray Wyatt’s goofy brother has been on a weird ride lately. His poetry recitals and jobber squashes did little to get pulses racing, but last week saw a big upturn in fortunes when he inexplicably defeated Neville, then turned on Curtis Axel. It was a poorly conceived segment that did more harm than good, but Bo actually had a relatively positive run last night.
A fired-up Axel cut a surprisingly good promo prior to wrestling Bo, and their three-minute singles match wasn’t bad at all. Axel’s mic work and early aggression actually got the fans invested in the match, but he was unable to come away with the victory. Dallas scored a roll-up against the match’s momentum, Axel was left disappointed, and their rivalry looks set to continue.
Dallas and Axel are two of Raw’s lowliest stars, yet WWE have somehow made this feud interesting. Both have spent much of their careers as enhancement talents, and it’s hard to imagine either of them becoming a star through this, but last night was a definite step in the right direction. History suggests that the wheels will fall off before long, but Axel as the fiery babyface to Dallas’ cowardly heel is a good dynamic for the duo.
