5 Ups & 3 Downs From WWE SmackDown (Oct 15)
3. Putting A Bow On It
That's a wrap, folks.
The Street Profits will dance their merry way on over to Monday nights, and The Usos will remain on SmackDown alongside their big cuz Roman Reigns. Blue brand scriptwriters knew they had to put a bow on this Profits vs. Usos feud though, so they planned a 'Street Fight' brawl for both teams on Friday.
F*cking hell - it was high tempo and ace. Some may view these brawls are formulaic, and they definitely are, but they're always entertaining if the right workers are in there. The energy all four men put into this one helped keep things interesting. It never sagged. Not even once.
This, much like another bout later on, was pay-per-view quality fare on free television. It'd be foolish to shun that. The Usos were on fire here, Angelo Dawkins did his bit and Montez Ford stood out as a potential singles star in the making again.
