5 Ups & 4 Downs From WWE Money In The Bank 2026 (Results & Review)

1. Miss Money In The Bank Booking Blunder

Tiffany Stratton winning Money in the Bank makes a decent amount of sense when you consider her friendship with WWE Women’s Champion Chelsea Green, adding a new dynamic there.

However…

The moment Liv Morgan won the Women’s World Championship, the booking was screaming for Roxanne Perez to hold the MITB briefcase, not Tiffy for the second time. Liv and Roxanne are long overdue for a falling out, and Perez winning MITB while Morgan is champion is the perfect catalyst for this break between the two Judgment Day stablemates.

Without it, there will need to be some other pressure to drive them apart, unless WWE is planning to have Perez win the Royal Rumble, which is four months away.

Additionally, the dynamic between Stratton and Green could have been achieved without the briefcase. If Tiffany lost, she could head back to SmackDown upset and wistfully looking for a championship, and then realize that the only way she’ll be a world champion again is to challenge her friend.
