2. Ricochet?

Someone fire Ricochet a tweet and see how he's doing.

Last week, the reigning Intercontinental Champion beat Shanky (of all people). Then, this week...nothing. Rico wasn't even on the show - he didn't even get a backstage promo, a video package or anything to speak of. It's like the dude doesn't even exist, and that's plain sad.

WrestleMania Backlash would've been the ideal opportunity for WWE to establish him as a fighting/workhorse champion who takes on all comers. Nah, apparently it was better to have him skip 'Mania itself and then spend the next few weeks fighting tag-teams like Los Lotharios and guys who don't deserve title shots like Jinder Mahal/Shanky.

Being IC Champ sucks, it seems. Backlash is a 'B' level pay-per-view, but it's another one missed for Ricochet. He'd have every right to pin down some creative team members backstage and ask where the f*ck he's headed with the secondary belt.
