5 Ups & 5 Downs From WWE Money In The Bank 2025 (Results & Review)

WWE Money in the Bank 2025 Naomi

Rhea Ripley might have been the fan favorite, and Stephanie Vaquer, Giulia, and Roxanne Perez might have been the fun, shiny newcomers, but Naomi was the right choice to win the women’s Money in the Bank ladder match Saturday night.

Since her heel turn, Naomi has been in need of something to nudge her up to the next level, and the briefcase is the perfect vehicle. Traditionally, the MITB briefcase has best served heels, allowing them to stalk champs, biding their time for the right moment to cash in.

Naomi should be no different in this situation, and given her rivalry with current WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton, this should make for a good, ongoing angle. And from a critical fan’s perspective, it’s good to see Naomi, who walked out of WWE just over three years ago because of shoddy booking and bet on herself, return and now be set up for a main event-level push.
