5 Ups & 5 Downs From WWE Survivor Series: WarGames 2024 (Results & Review)
4. A Made Man
The men’s WarGames match served to make a star out of at least one of the 10 wrestlers locked in the cage Saturday night.
Jacob Fatu already has made a name for himself as an intense, athletic freak who has a bright future terrorizing the rest of the WWE roster. He made his moments count during WarGames, taking out both Usos, no-selling a Jey Samoan Drop and a CM Punk bulldog on the toolbox, and overall being a difference-maker for his team. When the Bloodline needed to send someone in to take charge of the match, Solo Sikoa held Tonga Loa back and sent in Fatu to flatten everyone.
Even an injured knee late in the match couldn’t stop the Samoan Werewolf. It took a 1D and a Jimmy Uso splash off the cage through a table to put Fatu down. Make no mistake, Fatu was a star in the men’s WarGames match and will be heavily featured in major feuds down the line.
