One of the most memorable moments of Bianca Belair’s WrestleMania 37 title victory came moments before the finish, when she hair-whipped Sasha Banks and left a huge mark on her stomach before nailing the KOD.

Monday night, we got a bit of a callback. Belair and WrestleMania 38 opponent Becky Lynch led their respective teams into a six-woman tag match that really was just a backdrop for their Raw Women’s Championship match hype. The match saw Lynch use Bianca’s hair multiple times as a way to control her opponent, yanking her around, into the ring post, along the apron, and even tying her up on the ropes.

But after Becks broke up a pinfall attempt by tugging Belair’s braid, the EST was done. She snatched back her hair, sent Lynch into the ropes and unleashed a hellacious hair whip that cracked so loud it sounded cartoonish. She fired off a series of whips on Becky’s midsection until the champ fled the ring in pain, screaming the entire way up the ramp while the match was ongoing.

Bianca nailed the KOD on Nikki ASH for the win, but the camera made sure to zoom in on Lynch’s sculpted abs, which were scorched from the hair whips. It wouldn’t shock if Becky tries to add a stipulation that Belair’s hair is declared an illegal weapon for their title match at this stage.
