3. Theory-Eyed And Bushy-Tailed
Nothing spectacular here but further cementing that Bronson Reed is someone NXT believes in and wants to elevate up the card. Being in the North American Ladder match did him the world of good, and now he's getting to really flex his muscles with a passable TV feud.
Theory's a smart opponent in... um... another word that isn't theory... nope, got nothing... seeing as just a few short months ago this was his spot. However, the pair simply do not gel well together in the ring, with Reed's simultaneous role as Big Man Who Will Crush and Babyface Getting Bullied not working at all here.
Despite the match underwhelming though this served its purpose for both men, with Reed again looking like he can win a match in a heartbeat and Theory cementing himself as a total dick now. They'll both watch this back and think they should have done more with the time given to them, but there'll be other chances to shine in the coming weeks.
