If you werent impressed with Kevin Owens after the Elimination Chamber PPV, his rematch against John Cena at Money in the Bank should have eliminated any doubt. There are going to be some Owens fans (and general Cena haters) who are pissed that Cena won the rematch, but lets face it: the man is a 15-time world champion. A strong case could be made that Owens should have won to maintain his momentum, but the postscript after the match really softened things. Cena and Owens delivered an incredible follow-up to their amazing first match, busting out some new moves (Owens senton bomb blocked with knees to the back, Owens aping Cenas entire five moves of doom schtick, etc.) and building off the previous bout. They had fans on their feet for much of the match, a match that was a main event on its own. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PG9FwyqX4A0 Hats off to Cena for selling a level of frustration you dont see often in his matches. Between that and the post-match shenanigans a handshake gone horribly awry leading to an Owens ring apron powerbomb on Cena the bar was raised just a little higher. Owens celebration and maniacal laugh afterward was just outstanding. WWE managed to have Cena win and still have fans clamoring for a rubber match, which Owens should win if WWE wants to actually make a new star. Hopefully WWE wont ruin it by having Cena come out on Raw and laugh it off and hit an Attitude Adjustment on Mark Henry to show hes really not hurt.
