Beth Phoenix Hall Of Fame

It’s hard to think that Beth Phoenix has only been gone from WWE for a little more than four years. Her last match was in October 2012, and now she’s a bona fide WWE Hall of Famer.

During her five-year career in WWE, Phoenix proved to be one of the most dependable, dominant females on the roster. At a time when women like Kelly Kelly, Candice Michelle, Ashley Massaro and Maria Kanellis received prominent billing, Phoenix was a competent wrestler who helped hold things together. She amassed three WWE Women’s Championship reigns and one Divas Championship reign during her time with the company.

It would be hard to forget a couple little things, like Glamarella – Phoenix’s odd pairing with Santino Marella, back when he was legitimately funny. Beth playing the “straight man” to Marella’s antics could produce some laugh-out-loud moments. And of course, she managed to eliminate the Great Khali from the 2010 Royal Rumble, which incidentally was won by her now husband, Edge.

Congratulations to Beth Phoenix on her induction into the WWE Hall of Fame.
