5 Ups And Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (Dec 15)

DOWNS...

5. Where Was This Match Sunday Night?

Don€™t take this the wrong way. The main event steel cage match between John Cena and Seth Rollins was tremendous. Both men hit each other with their proverbial haymakers and kept coming back for more. Sure, Rollins€™ security team got involved (as expected), but even their interference didn€™t detract from a solid match. The problem is, this was a free match on Raw with no stipulations, not the PPV match that had Cena€™s number one contender€™s spot on the line. The Tables, Ladders & Chairs match between Cena and Rollins was an overbooked mess that was hampered by constant interference, run-ins and false finishes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3NKy6SCJvPE Had this cage match taken place Sunday night, TLC would have been a lot more tolerable. Sure, the ending wouldn€™t quite fit, but the effort and performance were so much better last night.
