5 WWE Stars Who Were Kicked Out Of The Locker Room

Matt Striker arrived in WWE under dubious circumstances, having recently been fired from his job as a school teacher when it became clear her was calling in sick so that he could accept independent wrestling bookings. What a fool. To capitalise on this infamy, WWE brought Striker in as an opponent for Kurt Angle's Olympic Gold Medal Open Challenge. He must have impressed the right people, since he was kept on afterwards and offered a full-time contract.

Striker wrestled on the Raw brand (mostly Heat) but was drafted in to wrestle the dark match at an early November 2005 Smackdown taping. Striker, who self-admittedly has a habit of rubbing people the wrong way, managed to alienate himself from the rest of the boys on the blue brand when he was caught openly talking to the road agents about much better he thought the Raw roster was.

When you're in a locker rook populated by the likes of The Undertaker, JBL, Hardcore Holly, Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero, that's probably not a wise thing to do. Throw in the fact that Guerrero felt disrespected by Striker when the two had a conversation earlier in the day, and it's no real surprise that Benoit physically threw Striker's bags out of the locker room and forced him to change in the hallway.

Striker tried to play the incident down in his 2013 RF Video shoot interview, saying that Benoit personally liked him but had to had to treat him that way to send a message to the rest of the new guys. Whatever the case may be, Striker wasn't welcomed into the Smackdown locker room again, and the heat carried over when he was transferred there permanently some time later.
