Dean Malenko playing dress up as Ciclope was WCW's second best impersonation angle.

First prize must go to Diamond Dallas Page on the 7 July 1997 edition of Nitro. There, DDP convincingly worked almost an entire match as La Parka before ripping off the skeleton mask to reveal the truth. The pop Page got for beating old rival Randy Savage as "Parka" was phenomenal. He was well on his way to main events by this point.

Y'know the best thing about this segment? Nobody watching could tell it was Page under the costume. He mimicked La Parka's entrance, mannerisms and moves to a tee, then started becoming DDP towards the end. It was a world class performance from beginning to end, and deserves a spot on any list looking at the finest WCW served up to fans.

Of course, better had already happened earlier between these men. More on that a little later. Page was just about to explode and become a breakout headliner too. This or stalking The Undertaker's wife and ripping off the hood to beg, "Make me famous". Which one do you prefer?

It's no contest.
